В общем я его подключил к zigbee2mqtt и он ожидаемо подключился как штора. Нашел в инструкции как сбрасывать. При сбросе не понятно сбросился он или нет, т.к. никаких эфыектов нет. Сделал несколько раз, пару раз переспарил и ничего. В девпйсах zigbee2mqtt дал имя устройству, перезагрузил zigbee2mqtt и оно завелось как у квазиса на видео.
Есть другой путь – поставить dev версию zigbee2mqtt, там уже исправили определение. Для Home assistant edge версия.

термоголовка в home assistant определялась как шторы. после нескольких сбросов на заводские настройки всё-таки определилась как термостат. из НА доступно только управление целевой температурой и блокировка. температуру врёт градуса на 4 в плюс, но есть калибровка.

It took about 45 days for the product to arrive in Bulgaria. It is packed in a neat box and although it was a bit malformed from the shipping, the items inside were intact. 2 x AA batteries are needed – I had rechargeable ones and they fitted nicely. Due to the shell being white, the lit of the buttons is a bit hard to see at a direct sunlight. However in a room it is ok. The actionable buttons themselves (3) are the home icon (marked in green), the + and the – signs. It took me about 20 minutes to get familiar with the setup, although I am still a bit confused by some menu options. The physical installation was easy, took me about a minute. I have paired it with zigbee2mqtt on Home Assistant and it reports its status well. It also has a good range and looks very stylish. One thing to know is that although you may set low temperature for instance, the valve needs a few minutes to react and close. So far I am using it for 3 days and it works well.
